The question of the day is…who doesn’t like cupcakes? I have a lifetime of memories wrapped around these little clouds of heaven. I have been making cupcakes since I was about 7 yrs old. I can so remember that huge kitchen on Little River where 5 children were fed like a small army. Cupcakes did not last long around us…if fact nothing did. My Mother was and is still an amazing West Texas transplanted into Southern Louisiana lady that taught us all the meaning of family and cooking at home. This is what I think of when I think of cupcakes..family, birthdays, Mamma, and kitchens. It is not ironic that these were made in my own kitchen.
Okay these Mother’s Day Peach Goat’s Milk Cupcake Soaps were alooooot of work but so rewarding. It was a really fun project. Have you every piped soap before? If you try it, I recommend NOT having company over. You have to work really fast and it hardens up in the tip very quickly. I think they turned out adorable and my kitchen smells like fresh Peaches!! I believe the Gold Mica and Dried Strawflowers put the finishing touch they needed to be beautiful. #gardendistrictsoapery #mothersday #peachsoap #goatmilksoap #iloveprettythings #thisistherapy
